At ClickNDeliver Tech, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your innovative tech gadgets. We understand that buying electronics online can sometimes lead to compatibility issues or simply not meeting expectations. Our policy is designed to be clear, straightforward, and reinforce your confidence in buying from us.

1. Our Standard 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions for Return:

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

• In New Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Complete: The item must include all original packaging (boxes, plastic bags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and all accessories, cables, and components that were included in the original shipment.

• Sealed Software: Any included or bundled software (e.g., game codes, activation keys) must not have been registered or activated.

Note for Electronics: Products that require setup (like smart home devices or routers) must be factory reset and have all personal data wiped before return to be eligible for a refund.

2. The Return Process: Simple & Hassle-Free

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [Your Support Email Address] with your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, buyer’s remorse).

2. RMA Confirmation: We will provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the correct international return address. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

3. Secure Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original product box and then inside an appropriate shipping box. The product box itself must not be used as the shipping box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

3. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

a. Returns Due to Our Error (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item)

• We Pay: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong item, or the product is damaged or defective upon arrival), ClickNDeliver Tech will provide a free, pre-paid return shipping label.

• Full Refund/Exchange: You will receive a full refund or a free replacement/exchange once the returned item is inspected.

b. Customer Initiated Returns (Buyer’s Remorse/Compatibility)

• Customer Pays: If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, incompatibility, or any reason not resulting from our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable, insured international shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs for non-defective items that are not returned in perfect, factory-sealed condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless defective upon arrival:

• Personal Care Items: Headphones, earbuds, smartwatches, or health monitors that have been worn or opened due to hygiene reasons.

• Gift Cards or Digital Downloads.

• Items marked "Final Sale" or heavily discounted on the product page.

• Custom-Built or Personalized Gadgets.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our facility), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• International Note: For international refunds, the amount credited may vary slightly from the purchase price due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, which is outside of our control.
